BlueCielo Web Parts 2013 Administrator's Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
Which documents are shown in the SharePoint Server library by the BlueCielo Web Parts is configured by setting either the Folder ID or the Criteria options of the web part configuration. If a Folder ID is specified, the contents of that folder will be shown in the web part. If Folder ID is empty, the value of the Criteria option is used to form a query, the results of which are shown in the web part.
The value of Criteria can contain one or more search criteria. Each criterion is specified by a property name, a search operator, and search value separated by commas (,). Multiple criteria are separated by semicolons (;). The criteria are combined in the search query using the Boolean AND operator so that only the documents that meet all of the criteria are shown.
Property names are specified as the internal property name (Meridian Enterprise) or property ID (ImandrA). For example, CommonPropertySet._DISPLAYNAME is the Meridian Enterprise internal property name of the name of a document. The property ID idmName is the internal property ID of the name of a document in ImandrA.
The supported search operators include:
Note Only those search operators that are appropriate for the data type of the specified property are supported. For example, date type properties only support the GreaterThan, LessThan, EqualOrGreaterThan, and EqualOrLessThan search operators.
String search values may use the percent symbol (%) as a wildcard character that represents one or more characters.
The following examples specify documents with the word drawing in the name and revision number 1:
Note The entire value of Criteria should not contain any spaces.
